ESa’s Romano elected to Women in Healthcare Board

Jill Romano, AIA, Leed AP BD+C, has been elected to the board of directors of Women in Healthcare Nashville chapter. She will assume the position of co-chair of the mentorship committee.

“I am so excited to be elected to the board of this amazing organization,” Romano said. “Being a member has provided me with the opportunity to be mentored by some exceptional women, and I hope to continue fostering mentoring relationships for all members in my new role.”

The purpose of Women in Healthcare is to promote the professional development of women in the healthcare industry through networking, education, and mentorship.

Romano is a senior project manager for ESa and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
