Topping-out Ceremony: Castle Rock Hospital – Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center

Our Castle Rock Hospital team recently celebrated the topping-out of the new medical office building and ambulatory surgery center in Castle Rock, Colo.

The new four-story, 70,000 square foot MOB and ASC, slated to open in 2023, will be located adjacent to the current hospital. Services include an ambulatory surgery center with four ORs and two procedure rooms. Design features include clinical PODs, a connector to hospital/surgical suite, a monumental/“Healthy” stair, and centralized check-in and waiting. Future services include an infusion center, radiation oncology and medical oncology clinics.
