Serving on the architecture team, John’s responsibilities include creating office-wide design standards, implementing current design technology solutions within the firm, leading design development meetings and coordinating with team members and consultants. He is also responsible for directing construction document coordination, conducting code research/compliance and producing construction documents that transform early design concepts into reality. John believes it is essential to have early and ongoing conversations with the client asking big picture and fine-tuned detailed questions. This is what leads to project success. John is passionate about implementing early design solutions that mitigate construction conflicts in the field, which in turn reduce schedule delays and construction costs.
