In his role as a Construction Contract Administrator, John serves as the primary source for communication during the construction phase of projects. He is responsible for facilitating responses related to all project issues, through RFIs, submittals, change orders, and the like. He interacts with project design team members; helps develop construction documents; conducts plan reviews, site evaluations and cost reviews; and completes progress reports and construction payment application recommendations. John also has a working knowledge of the applicable codes and other technical aspects of his projects.
John joined ESa in 2006, and possesses nearly two decades of architectural and design experience. He never passes up a chance to speak to decision-makers about ESa and the high level of service the firm provides. His diverse project portfolio includes healthcare, hospitality, educational, religious, office buildings and industrial facilities. John has a strong design-build background, and is well versed with Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects through the construction phase and the various forms of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
John earned his Masters’ in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Louisiana Tech University in 1998 and 1996, respectively. In his personal time, he spends time with his family, participating in Boy Scouts and other outdoor activities.
