Jarred joined ESa in 2000, after earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from Middle Tennessee State University. He is heavily involved in the interior design of a diverse array of project types, including hospitality, corporate office and healthcare. A member of the International Interior Design Association and the American Society of Interior Designers, Jarred has over 15 years of professional design experience.
Jarred’s personal design philosophy is to “keep it clean and classic with a twist of contemporary, which prevents the design from feeling too expected.” He strongly believes that trend chasing will “eventually tell on you in a few years.” His capability for designing with a creative edge has led to a number of his projects receiving design award recognition, including the Noah Liff Opera Center (Nashville, TN) and Baptist Memorial Hospital DeSoto (Southaven, MS). He is also honored to have worked on the award-winning Schermerhorn Symphony Hall in Nashville and the Gaillard Center performance hall in Charleston, SC.
Originally from Flat Creek, TN, Jarred has called Nashville home for 15 years. When not in the office, Jarred is an avid gardener and enjoys holidays in the Caribbean—especially the island of St. Maarten. He and his husband, Tim, have two sons, Justin and Ryan, and one grandchild, Bentley (who is four). Jarred is also the very proud father of two miniature schnauzers, Cooper and Edith.
