Gary joined ESa in 2002 and serves as a Construction Contract Administrator for healthcare projects across the country. He has worked in the architectural field for over five decades. At ESa, he performs Construction Contract Administration, visiting the site each month to review construction progress with the owner and contractor. Gary also develops progress reports, responds to any construction issues (by issuing RFIs, change orders, etc.) and verifies compliance with local, state and federal codes departments and other regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining ESa, Gary worked for a large architectural/engineering firm on local, state and federal office building projects nationwide. This included 16 years in their architectural department and 12 years in the field as a site construction manager. For eight years, he also worked in the architectural department of a design/build firm that builds churches. Gary is inspired to come to work each day because he feels that ESa has great team of upper management for whom he is proud to work. He also feels rewarded when clients express their gratitude for “great catches” in the field and a job well done.

Gary earned a Technical Degree from Draughons Junior College in Nashville, TN, and has taken construction classes at both Nashville State Community College and the University of Tennessee-Nashville. In his personal time, Gary enjoys fly fishing, traveling and visiting with family and friends.
