As a Senior Interior Designer, Angela has been involved with many healthcare-related interior design projects across the country. She has also worked on higher education and community projects and assisted ESa’s in-house Visualization Group in creating concept renderings. Angela was born at Mercy Hospital in Canton, OH—across the street from the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Kent State University in 1995. After working for architectural firms in the Midwest, Angela joined ESa in 2000. She has over twenty years of professional design experience with a focus on new and renovated/expanded medical campuses, including freestanding hospitals, medical office buildings and other medical facilities.

Known for her creative, resourceful design, Angela believes good design is a balancing act of creating harmony and rhythm in a space, while being mindful of clients’ desires. A member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), a LEED Green Associate and an EDAC Accredited Professional, Angela is committed to her professional development. She also attends continuing education courses and seminars and juries at local colleges. When not in the office, Angela enjoys playing sports and video games with her son, playing piano, cooking and baking, volunteering with her church, traveling, hiking, remodeling her house, gardening and watching movies.
