With nearly 30 years of experience as a project manager and team leader, Al Bronner joined ESa in 2002. As a Senior Project Manager, Al helps foster strong relationships by listening to clients’ functional, aesthetic, financial and schedule-related needs, and then seeking to translate those needs into the built environment. Al’s responsibilities include conducting departmental design sessions, coordinating job production activity and progress on many of ESa’s larger new facility and expansion/renovation healthcare projects.

Aiding and developing trusted relationships with project team members—the owner, contractor, engineer, codes officials and others—is what inspires Al to come to work each day. Al defines excellent client service as “helping to realize the goals of our clients in a structure that is both functional and supportive of human needs.”

Originally from Detroit, MI, Al earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture, from Lawrence Technological University (Southfield, Michigan). When not in the office, Al enjoys sailing—which also gives him the opportunity to demonstrate his skills as a professional sun screen applicator.
