ESa-designed Covenant Health medical office building in South Knoxville celebrates completion

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on March 3 with more than 100 community leaders and local officials in attendance, including Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs and Knoxville City Mayor Indya Kincannon.

To meet the healthcare needs of the growing South Knoxville community, Knoxville-based Covenant Health celebrated the completion of the 47,346 sf facility with the potential for future expansion. Medical services will open in phases to the public starting in March, with all services opening by May 2023.

The outpatient facility located at the corner of Chapman Highway and Mountain Grove Drive houses an urgent care with extended hours, a clinic for primary care and other medical subspecialties, a diagnostic center with laboratory and imaging services and areas for physical rehabilitation and education.
